SLIDING FEE OPTION

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. If your services are partially covered by insurance and/or you do not have insurance, we offer reduced fee through our sliding fee option.

REDUCED FEE OPTION

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis and income based.

PAYMENT METHODS

Cash, Credit Card, Health Spending Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) are accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment or have not notified the provider at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the session for late cancellations and no shows. We require credit card information to be kept on file for No Shows and/or Late Cancellations.
